As a comparison and introduction service, Debt Help Support may introduce consumers to third-party providers.

Where a vulnerability is identified, relevant information may be communicated to the receiving provider where:

  • The customer has provided consent; and
  • Sharing is necessary to support the customer’s needs.

Individuals involved in customer interactions should:
