- Disclosure of health or personal circumstances affecting decision-making.
Staff and representatives should remain alert to potential signs of vulnerability.

7. Support Measures
Where appropriate, we may:
- Allow additional time for decision-making.
- Encourage customers to seek independent advice.
- Permit communication through an authorised representative where appropriate.
- Provide information in alternative formats where reasonably possible.
8. Third-Party Introductions
As a comparison and introduction service, Debt Help Support may introduce consumers to third-party providers.
Where a vulnerability is identified, relevant information may be communicated to the receiving provider where:
- The customer has provided consent; and
- Sharing is necessary to support the customer’s needs.
9. Staff Awareness
Individuals involved in customer interactions should:
- Treat all customers fairly.
- Remain alert to signs of vulnerability.
- Escalate concerns where appropriate.
- Follow this policy when dealing with potentially vulnerable individuals.

Information relating to vulnerability will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with
our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
